Thank you for shopping with Threadvyn. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders, along with the charges, timelines, and terms that apply.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email/SMS with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

We offer the following shipping options across India:

Delivery timelines are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.
Standard prepaid orders (paid online via card, UPI, net banking, wallets, etc.) are shipped free of cost. Express delivery is available for an additional ₹99, regardless of payment method.
COD orders will incur an additional flat charge of ₹59, payable at the time of delivery along with the order amount.
Delivery timelines may vary for remote, rural, or hard-to-reach pin codes, and may take longer than the estimates above.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can use this to track your shipment's status in real time. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

4. Delays in Delivery

While we strive to deliver all orders within the stated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Courier/logistics disruptions
Weather conditions or natural disasters
Regional lockdowns, strikes, or government restrictions
High order volumes during sales or festive seasons
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
Remote or non-serviceable delivery locations

Threadvyn is not liable for delays caused by such circumstances, though we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed and resolve issues promptly.

5. Shipping Charges Summary

Prepaid orders: Free shipping on Standard delivery; ₹99 for Express delivery
COD orders: ₹59 additional charge, applicable regardless of delivery method chosen (plus ₹99 if Express delivery is selected)

Any additional shipping promotions, minimum order values, or free-shipping thresholds (if applicable) will be communicated separately on our website or at checkout.

6. Address & Delivery Attempts

Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are accurate and complete at the time of ordering. Threadvyn is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Our courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the order may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.
COD orders that are refused at the time of delivery may be subject to future COD restrictions on that account.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging, so we can assist you promptly.
In the rare case a shipment is lost in transit, please reach out to us and we will investigate with our courier partner and provide a resolution (replacement or refund, as applicable).

8. Serviceable Locations

We currently ship across India. Certain remote or restricted pin codes may not be serviceable by our courier partners; in such cases, you will be notified at checkout or after order placement.

International shipping is currently not available.

9. Changes to This Policy

Threadvyn reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
